AVID Technical Resources is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our health care client in Los Angeles, CA. The position is 100% remote and pays an hourly range of $70- $90 per hour (dependent upon experience).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects or programs in healthcare or Accountable Care Organization environments.
- Knowledge and experience in project management, health plan operations, data analysis, and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Medicare Advantage Claims, Appeals & Grievances.
- Leading and implementing new programs/projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis, presentation, project management, and data visualization tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
